1. In calculating the rise/fall rate of energy consumption of per-unit GDP, two years' data of energy consumption of per-unit GDP
retain 4 digits after the decimal point;
2. The statistical objects of energy consumption of per-unit industrial value-added are industrial legal-person enterprises each with
an annual major-business income of no less than 5 million yuan;
3. The calculation of GDP and industrial value-added are based on year-2005 prices.
